In this video, our technical support manager will show you a couple of examples of issues that crop up over time as these devices get used more and more that will either degrade the quality of the therapy signal or stop it all together. The trouble is, is that without the proper testing equipment, you won’t know these issues even exist. Craig will show you these issues (so you can see for yourself!) on the testing equipment he uses to do the normal preventative maintenance calibration procedure that Regumed recommends doing at least every two years for both Bicoms and Optimas.
